- Heating and air conditioning finely set and scheduled.
- Double glazing and insulation to limit losses.
- Signs and screens switched off at night.
Water
- Linen (towels and sheets) changed on request.
- Responsible watering of our green spaces.
Waste, plastic & reuse
- Waste sorting in rooms and in the kitchen, with recycling bins in the rooms.
- No more plastic water bottles, replaced by carafes and a water fountain.
- Refillable soap and gel dispensers.
- Composting of food waste.
- Going paperless: we limit printing.
- Donating and reusing furniture and linen replaced during our renovations.
Food & anti-waste
- Active efforts against food waste.
- A Too Good To Go partnership to give our unsold food a second life.
Hygiene & cleaning
- Ozone cleaning: effective room disinfection, without chemicals.
Biodiversity
- Nest boxes, insect hotels and beehives to support biodiversity.
Sustainable mobility
- We encourage public transport and sustainable travel (metro line 9, Vélib’ 2 minutes away).
